Notre confortable maison (toutes les chambres ont été rénovées), est seulement à 2 minutes du centre mais directe au bord du lac d´Hallstatt dans la partie très calme du village.
We offer exclusive access to the lake for all our guests. All our rooms/holiday apartment, partly with shower and toilet, have a balcony with a spectacular view of the delightful landscape surrounding the quaint lake.
Toutes nos chambres ont un balcon qui permet de savourer la magnifique vue donnant sur le lac.
Our holiday apartments - for 2-4 persons - consist of 1-2 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, balcony, separate bathroom and toilet, satellite TV. Towels and sheets are provided; baby cot on request.
Nos appartements de 2 à 4 personnes comprennent 1 ou 2 chambres, une cuisine aménagée avec TV satellite, salle de bain-WC. Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis. Lit pour bébés à la demande.
L´accès au lac est réservé à nos clients.

Cancellation
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Payment
- For a fixed booking, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for one night's stay as a deposit.
- In the event of cancellation, the amount charged will be equal to the price of the first night.
- For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the total price will be charged.
Please note:
- Due to the building's structure, children must be at least 7 years old to stay with us.
- The rooms/vacation apartments are located on the 1st floor and are only accessible via stairs.
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
- We are a non-smoking establishment.
